FHP LET UNIT TO ALL THINGS CHOCOLATE IN NOTTINGHAM

Alan Pearson, Associate Partner at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP) has let 27 Pelham Street, formerly occupied by Fat Face to All Things Chocolate Limited.  All Things Chocolate Limited have taken a new Lease at £29,000 per annum exclusive and provides basement, ground, first and second floor accommodation. 

Alan Pearson of FHP commented:

“Strong interest was shown in the premises, from a number of retailers.  My clients decided to proceed with All Things Chocolate Limited, which provide an exciting confectionary and coffee shop offer and are a welcome addition to Nottingham.  All Things Chocolate originated in the popular Nottingham suburb of Beeston and were keen to expand their business into Nottingham City Centre. 

All Things Chocolate have moved their hand made chocolate manufacturing to Pelham Street to service their existing wholesale business and their expanding retail offer.”

All Things Chocolate will open their third store in Westfield, Derby in October.
