Property agents Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce that they have successful completed the sale of 1,755ft² on Manners Industrial Estate known as Unit 1, Elizabeth Court for £149,999.  The purchasers, Derwent Roofing Limited, are moving into the premises as owner occupiers to help expand their business.

James Hartley, Surveyor at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, commented, “This has been a hugely popular unit and we are delighted to have completed this sale to Derwent Roofing Limited.  Although we received a number of offers for the property, Derwent Roofing Limited were the company that had the drive and energy to take the property forward to a successful sale.  We are delighted that we have helped a company locate to Manners Industrial Estate whilst also fulfilling their aim of expanding their business and becoming owner occupiers.”

James further commented, “At £149,999 a deal of approximately £85 per sq ft was achieved on the property excluding the attached conservatory.  This represents a fantastic price and has also left us with a number of potential under bidders who still have a requirement to meet and should anyone have a property within this area which they would like to put on the market we would be more than happy to discuss options with them and see if we can put any of the other interested parties their way.”
