Alastair Fearn of FHP, acting on behalf of Aberdeen Property Investors, has agreed terms with recruitment specialists, Michael Page International, for them to stay for 10 years within Bridlesmith House, located on Bridlesmith Gate, central Nottingham.

Michael Page International previously occupied the top floor of Bridlesmith House, which provides a good level of office accommodation, however it was becoming apparent that they were outgrowing the space provided.

The opportunity was therefore taken to relocate Michael Page to the floor below, which had fortunately, just become available, allowing Michael Page to still retain the benefit of being at Bridlesmith House, whilst also fulfilling their expansion criteria.
