Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted announce they have successfully completed the letting of a second floor office suite of 1,147ft² within Enfield Chambers on Low Pavement in Nottingham City Centre.

The new tenants are Kick Start Media who are as the name suggests a media training company for people wishing to get into television and media.  Kick Start Media have committed to a 3 year lease at a rent of £14,000 per annum exclusive.

James Hartley, surveyor at Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:

“We are delighted to have completed this second letting and so quickly to Kick Start Media.  They viewed the property on the 16 December and the lease was completed by Christmas.

This sort of timescale is virtually unheard of and everyone concerned was extremely keen to see this deal completed as swiftly as possible.

This means that there is only one floor of 1,125ft² available in Enfield Chambers.”

A spokesperson for Cubic Property Holdings, the landlord commented:

“We are delighted to have completed such a swift letting to Kick Start Media.  Everybody involved really wanted to see this deal completed as soon as possible and with that kind of energy behind the deal we were able to do so successfully.”

This leaves us only one floor of office space left within Enfield Chambers.  We are proud of this high quality refurbishment within such a landmark period building within Nottingham City Centre.”

This letting comes on the back of a previously successful letting to Education for the Children in August 2008 and shows that quality refurbishments such as Enfield Chambers are still able to attract interest even within this highly publicised credit crunch.
