FHP have successfully disposed of yet another Thresher off licence on behalf of clients First Quench Retailing Ltd.
The premises at 15 Main Street, Evington, Leicester, comprise a ground floor retail unit of 799ft². The premises were let by way of an assignment of an existing lease at a rent of £8,775 per annum. The lease was assigned to a local butcher and a positive premium of £15,000 was paid.

“We received a very high level of interest in the unit due to its prominent position within the village. After a relatively short marketing period we managed to secure a £15,000 positive premium on the shop which is a fantastic result for our clients.”
