FHP SECURE SALE OF FORMER MELBOURNE MILL TO LOCAL DESIGN AGENCY

Acting on behalf of Doncaster’s FHP are pleased to confirm the sale of 28-30 Derby Road Melbourne to local design agency The One Off. The former mill is arranged over 3 floors and extends to 5,280ft²

The One Off are a multi-disciplined retail and branding agency with offices in  Melbourne, Derbyshire and Islington, London providing graphic, digital and environment design and implementation services to a wide range of clients including Nokia, ASDA, Barclays and Rolls Royce.

Richard Collier, Creative Partner at The One Off commented,

“We have been located in Melbourne for the last seven years and have out grown our current site. The offices and studio will provide bigger studio space and improved client meeting areas including a new 500sqft state of the art photographic studio for the production of fashion and lifestyle shoots. The renovation work has already started with completion set for April 2011 and we are extremely excited to move into the new space.”

George Dunnicliff, Surveyor at FHP who agreed the sale of the property on behalf of Doncaster Limited commented:-

“It is always pleasing to see such an innovative and dynamic local company expanding and staying so close to where they started. We are delighted to have completed the sale to the One Off and once the property has been renovated we are sure it will provide a striking new home for the company, allowing them to expand.
