FHP are delighted to have acted on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society in the new letting of 237 Hagley Road, a former restaurant premises located adjacent to Boots Opticians on Hagley Road, Birmingham.

The space extends to approximately 3,000ft² on the ground floor with additional first floor ancillary storage and shared car parking is located to the rear. 237 Hagley Road is an enormously prominent building located on one of the busiest A roads serving Birmingham City Centre and securing an occupier such as Tesco Express is a real testament to the strength and quality of the location.
