FHP SELL EAST SIDE SITE IN NOTTINGHAM TO AURA

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of Lace Market Properties have sold land and a showroom at Great Freeman Street, Nottingham, opposite the Victoria Centre, to Max Nouri for the development of a furniture showroom.

The site and buildings, which total 0.77 acres, were sold at a price of £1.575 million.

Max Nouri has now combined the 2 retail units to create a new furniture store of 6,110 sq ft for Aura, with car parking for approximately 70 cars, fronting Huntingdon Street and adjacent to Hopewells Furniture Store.

David Hargreaves confirmed that Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have now been instructed to dispose of the existing Aura store on Mansfield Road.  This property provides 6,538 sq ft and is available either on a freehold or on a new lease.
