FHP SELL FORMER IMC SITE AT MILL LANE, HUTHWAITE

FHP has sold a 4.6 acre, former industrial site on Mill Lane, Huthwaite to Persimmon Homes North Midlands.  The site benefited from an outline planning consent and an unconditional sale was agreed at £3.925m, equating to £870,000 per acre.
