FHP TAKE CARE OF E2 SOUTHGLADE BUSINESS PARK

Property agents, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have successfully completed the letting of the ground and first floor offices, E2 Southglade Business Park off Hucknall Road in Nottingham.

The new lease has been negotiated with the Carers Federation on behalf of AIS Total Security Limited for a term of three years at a rental of £16,000 per annum.

The two storey refurbished mid terrace unit extends to 1,775 ft², with the achieved rental equating to £9.01 per ft².
