FHP’S VISION SEES ANOTHER MULTIPLE RETAILER INTO THE PRIORY CENTRE, WORKSOP

Acting on behalf of Active Retail Fund c/o Centenary Asset Management, FHP and their joint agents, DTZ have completed a letting to Vision Express at The Priory Centre in Worksop.

Vision Express have taken Unit 18 which comprises 2,280ft² of total accommodation on a new ten year lease at a commencing rent of £46,000 per annum.

FHP, who advised on the original acquisition and extension of the Priory Centre have previously secured lettings to Marks and Spencer Simply Food, New Look, Costa Coffee and The Body Shop within the new scheme.

Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented that:

“The Priory Centre is a prime retail development within the heart of Worksop Town Centre and this latest letting to another well known multiple retailer demonstrates the strength of the scheme.”
