FISHER HARGREAVES PROCTOR LET NIGHT CLUB TO EQ

David Hargreaves of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let a 13,000 sq ft unit, previously let to Jumpin’ Jaks, in The Cornerhouse in Nottingham to EQ for a night club and comedy venue.

The property has been let on a lease for 10 years at a rent of £135,000 which breaks back to £10.38/sq ft.

EQ, who have previously run the unit under licence, will now invest approximately £250,000 in the Club and relaunch in the Summer.

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted for the landlord, Ropemaker Properties Limited, with EQ representing themselves.
