FISHER HARGREAVES PROCTOR LET UNIT TO TAMATANGA

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have let a restaurant unit within The Cornerhouse in Nottingham to Tamatanga, the casual urban dining Indian Restaurant.

The unit, which provides a ground floor of 1,853 sq ft and a first floor of 2,419 sq ft, has been let at a rent of £90,000 per annum which breaks back to a rent of £29.39/sq ft for the ground floor with 50% to the first floor.

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted for the landlord, Ropemaker Properties Limited, with CCL acting for Tamatanga.

David Hargreaves said: "Tamatanga is effectively an Indian version of Wagamama and adds variety to The Cornerhouse and improves our tenant mix."
