FORMER CHILDRENS NURSERY ON SHERWOOD RISE SOLD FOR RESIDENTIAL CONVERSION

I am very pleased to announce the successful sale of the Former Children’s Day Nursery on Sherwood Rise in Sherwood, Nottingham. A beautiful period detached property set over two floors on a 0.3-acre plot with prominent frontage to Sherwood Rise and being located just 1 mile from the city centre. Planning was submitted on the 15th February to convert the building into six 2-bedroom residential apartments and was granted on the 18th April 2019.
