FHP Property Consultants are pleased to report on a recent run of lettings at Amber Business Centre, Riddings, Alfreton.

Three units in Block 17 have been let to new tenants, including Sampal Disposable Supplies, Traks and Elite Material Handling, two of which have signed five year leases. The units vary in size from 1,050ft² to 1,450ft².

Unit 4 has been let to Gliderobes, an existing tenant, who have taken this in addition to their current unit. The ground floor will provide a showroom and the first will provide administration offices.

“Amber Business Centre continues to attract new businesses and vacancy rates remain low. There is continued demand on the estate from local occupiers given the close proximity of the M1.

With a shortage of good quality warehouse accommodation available, we were able to secure longer leases and higher rents than in recent years. On the whole, rents within the region are continuing to rise due to high demand. In fact we currently have a waiting list at Amber Business Centre which gets longer each week.”
