A new Foxhall Business Centre is set to open at 2 King Street in Nottingham on 1 September 2008.

Marketing agents Fisher Hargreaves Proctor agreed a deal with Foxhall Business Centre in March 2008 to purchase the property from clients and they are now coming to the end of their extensive refurbishment of the building and are ready to welcome its first occupiers.

Foxhall Business Centre have instructed Fisher Hargreaves Proctor on a sole agency basis to market the accommodation within the building.  The first tenants have already signed up and are awaiting the refurbishment works to be completed before they move in at which point Fisher Hargreaves Proctor and Foxhall Business Centre will be able to offer a range of serviced office accommodation from 100ft² up to 8,000ft².
