FULL OCCUPANCY AT CENTRAL HALL DERBY

The final vacant retail unit at Central Hall, located on East Street, Derby, has now been let in a deal negotiated by FHP Property Consultants.

Earlier this year the upper floors were let to Xercise4Less and two further ground floor units were let to Ponden Mill and Diletto.

The remaining kiosk measuring approximately 392ft² has now been let to Vaporized on a new 5 year deal.

The former Co-op building now boasts 100% occupancy.
