FHP have been appointed by Godwin Developments to manage their mixed use development at Cavendish House, and two further residential developments known as Byron House and Clarendon House.

Rob Spencer, partner in charge of the property management department commented “FHP have been providing Godwin Developments with advice and services over the last few years but this has not previously extended to property management.  We are obviously delighted to undertake these instructions on their behalf, allowing Godwin to concentrate on their core business activities.”
