FHP acting on behalf of different private landlords have secured 3 key deals in Nottingham city centre.

Rudy’s Pizza have completed on the beautiful former FCUK building at 6-10 Victoria Street, they are currently undergoing a comprehensive fit out on the ground and basement floors ready for a late November opening.  Rudy’s the hugely popular  classic Neapolitan pizza operator now have over 20 venues across the UK.

Regional Jeweller Grace & Co take the former TM Lewin at 17 St Peter’s Gate.  Following TM Lewin closing all physical stores the landlord set about redeveloping the upper floors of the building to residential accommodation and providing a fully refurbished unit at ground and first floor.  Grace & Co now have 11 stores and feature brands such as Pandora and Nomination.  This is a great addition to the street, sitting nicely between White Company and Molton Brown.

Bird & Blend have relocated and upsized from Victoria Street to a new spot at 24 Bridlesmith Gate.  The new shop is open and trading, looking magnificent with their trademark, striking blue shop front.  It provides a ground floor of 665ft² and first floor of 528ft².
