Back to back office lettings done at Malin Hill located in the heart of the Lace Market in the Creative Quarter of Nottingham.

Lettings now complete and tenants in occupation in offices 5 & 13 with office 11 now officially under offer, this clearly showing the clear demand for small to medium sized self-contained offices within the City Centre.

Office 5 Malin Hill was let to Octopus Intelligence a global intelligence company, and Inbetween a creative design agency. Office 13 was let to Sheppard Developments Ltd a property development and management company.

I experienced high levels of demand for these offices during the marketing process and was thrilled that relatively quick deals could be done on both 5 and 13, this demonstrating that there is still a clear demand in the market place for this kind of self-contained office space, which is great to see especially with the amount of serviced office options now available within the city.

The offices at Malin Hill are all self-contained and have open plan layouts, majority having gone through a full refurbished before marketing.  I believe the reason we achieved the success we have was due to the offices presenting very well, being priced correctly and offering occupier’s a secure space within the city centre on flexible terms.
