I am delighted to have simultaneously let and sold Unit 2, Pintail Close, Netherfield, Nottingham.
This was a modern, detached, securely fenced and gated industrial unit on a self contained plot. The unit was constructed in 1997, measured 12,679ft² and was of steel portal frame construction.
The property is located on the well established Victoria Retail Park close to the Colwick Industrial Estate, Netherfield and Colwick Loop Road in Nottingham.
