I am delighted to have simultaneously let and sold Unit 2, Pintail Close, Netherfield, Nottingham.

This was a modern, detached, securely fenced and gated industrial unit on a self contained plot.  The unit was constructed in 1997, measured 12,679ft² and was of steel portal frame construction.

The property is located on the well established Victoria Retail Park close to the Colwick Industrial Estate, Netherfield and Colwick Loop Road in Nottingham.  The property itself is located immediately behind the Morrisons supermarket with other major occupiers close by to include Royal Mail, Sports Direct and BCA Depot.

The ingoing tenant, Jewson Partnership Solutions, who were based at the Jewson building on Private Road No.1, Colwick Industrial Estate, work in the public sector and were created to deliver more for registered providers of social housing, repairs and maintenance contracts and organisations operating in the public sector.
