Foundry Business Park sits just 5 minutes from Junction 28 of the M1 motorway and comprises 10 new build industrial/warehouse units across three phases. The first phase completed earlier this year with the second phase following with practical completion in August 2026. The site comprises high quality industrial/warehouse units providing clear span accommodation with 8 metre eaves height, full height roller shutter access doors, 3 phase power and glazed entrances.

Forming part of the second phase, Units 4 and 5 have been sold to a local investor and more pleasingly FHP have agreed a simultaneous lease to complete following the purchase to new tenants.
