FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce the successful letting of Unit 21 Headstocks Industrial Park, Watnall to Penna Clothing Limited.

The off-market transaction was completed within a short timeframe from initial instruction through to completion, enabling Penna Clothing Limited to quickly secure their new premises while providing an efficient solution for the outgoing tenant.

FHP acted on behalf of the existing occupier of Unit 21, who was seeking to exit their lease early following changes to their occupational requirements. The swift completion of the deal represented an excellent outcome for all parties involved, particularly the outgoing tenant, who was able to significantly reduce their ongoing occupational liabilities and void costs.

Unit 21 comprises a modern semi-detached industrial/warehouse unit extending to 15,010 sq ft, benefiting from excellent parking provisions to the front elevation together with a small rear yard area. Headstocks Industrial Park, completed in 2024, is a high-quality industrial/warehouse development comprising 22 units ranging from approx. 2,500 – 30,020 sq ft. The estate is home to a diverse mix of occupiers and has continued to perform exceptionally well since completion, maintaining strong occupancy levels and demonstrating its appeal as a premier industrial location within the region.
