FHP Property Consultants have completed the letting of unit 1266-1268 London Road in Alvaston, Derby, to Card Factory.

The 1,329ft² unit sits within a busy parade of retail units amongst a cluster of shops including the Co-operative which sits adjacent, and other national names including Tesco Express.

“Card Factory is a great addition to this parade and no doubt they will bring increased footfall to the area. It’s taken just six weeks to take this deal from offer to completion and I look forward to seeing them open and trading.”

Card Factory have taken a 5 year lease at a rent of £18,000 per annum.
