NEW ADDITIONS TO WESTFIELD DERBY

Award winning property agents, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, joint agents for the Westfield Derby Shopping Centre are delighted to announce two new openings.  Lettings have been concluded with Pandora who have taken corner unit SU190a Crown Walk which provides approximately 1,400 ft² and occupies a prime corner position on the ground floor of the scheme.  Pandora will provide a welcome addition to the scheme, further enhancing the existing jewellery offer which has traded well during the past twelve months despite the recession. 

Duck & Cover have signed for their second UK store following the opening of their flagship store at the Bullring Shopping Centre in October 2009.  The store is situated in the branded fashion south mall on the first floor and is due to open in July 2010.  The unit comprises of approximately 1,350 ft².  Duck & Cover build on the existing branded offer within the south mall following the deals concluded with Ark, Superdry and Bank in 2009, the latter two both being new entrants to Derby.
