FHP’s Commercial Management Team along with landlord EML Nottingham Limited & M&E contractor Cubit Facilities Maintenance have successfully installed two new chillers onto the roof of nine-storey building, Waterfront House. Works were done through the night and the chillers crane-lifted onto the top of the building before the old ones were removed.
Sian Cawthorne, Associate Director at FHP Property Consultants said “the old chillers had exceeded their life span and replacements were needed. Due to the height of the building many of the windows have restricted openings and the tenants are therefore very reliant upon the building’s heating and cooling system. These works went smoothly thanks to our experienced contractor and will ensure the well running of the building for many years to come”.
