The Warren Arms Public House in Stapleford is set be redeveloped as a large retail unit and two smaller retail units thanks to a deal secured by Midlands Property Advisor of the Year, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP).

Located on Derby Road, the property sits on a site of 0.25acres with units ranging in size from 1,022ft2 to 5,010ft2   due to be available in autumn.

Steve Young, of FHP, said: “The redevelopment of the Warren Arms will offer 3 retail units in a good location close to car parking.   We’re expecting this site will be very popular and with the option of a leasehold or freehold purchase on all three units there is great scope for established or new businesses to make their mark on Stapleford.”

David Hargreaves of FHP said that the redevelopment would also suit a pub or restaurant operator.
