The Warren Arms Public House in Stapleford is set be redeveloped as a large retail unit and two smaller retail units thanks to a deal secured by Midlands Property Advisor of the Year, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor (FHP).

Located on Derby Road, the property sits on a site of 0.25acres with units ranging in size from 1,022ft² to 5,010ft²   due to be available in autumn.
