Victory Park is set to become one of Derby’s most successful commercial developments with the imminent development of its final phase, a scheme of three new industrial/warehouse units which should ready for occupation by the end of the year.

The development is being undertaken by Revelan Group, industrial property specialists with an excellent track record of providing high-quality buildings, and who have now submitted a planning application for the properties.

The business park is situated next to Rolls-Royce’s civil aerospace campus and has already attracted high-profile companies such as Gardner Aerospace, Intertek, Western Power Distribution and Seamers Joinery.

FHP Property Consultants and Salloway Property Consultants are working together to identify occupiers for the industrial units.

Interest has already been high with pre-sale terms agreed for one of the three units that, subject to planning, has accelerated the speculative development of the remaining two units which will be circa 13,540 sq.ft. and 28,288 sq.ft, and will be available either for sale or to let upon terms to be agreed.
