Unit 4 Harrimans Court has now been let to Direct Flues Limited, a Nottingham based supplier of flue liners, flues, flue systems and chimneys.
The company are expanding from Bassingfield on the outskirts of Nottingham and this marks another positive story for the local economy.
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants commented:-
“When instructed to market the site at Harrimans Lane we had 4 available units and following continued improvement in the general market conditions we have now let 2 units on the Harrimans Court site and have a further unit under offer. This now leaves us with only one unit remaining, a modern steel portal frame unit of 5,000ft².”
