FHP’s Commercial Management team have successfully negotiated a new lease at 4-6 Low Pavement, Nottingham on behalf of the landlord Hillarys Properties Limited. The lease was agreed with the phoenix company of Paperchase after it filed for administration earlier in 2021.

Sian Cawthorne, Associate Director at FHP Property Consultants said “We’re pleased that we have been able to agree new lease terms on behalf of the landlord. Now lockdown restrictions have eased and non-essential retail can open again, this new deal gives Paperchase the ability to begin trading again. It is a much-loved store in the city centre and we hope they do well.”
