PARK COURT PROVES TO BE POPULAR WITH FHP

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting alongside Nattrass Giles on behalf of Claremont Property Holdings have completed on another couple of transactions at Park Court, the popular courtyard industrial park on Park Lane Business Park, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, North Nottinghamshire.

The first deal was for the sale of Unit 2, a 2,500ft² brand new industrial facility which has been sold to Knock Down Limited for a figure of £170,000 which devalues to £68 per square foot.

The second deal was for a unit in the same terrace, known as Unit 4 and again extended to 2,500ft² which has been let to Evoglass Limited on a three year term basis at a rental of £12,500 per annum which devalues to £5 per square foot.

Michael Donaghy of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor who represented Claremont Property Holdings commented “interest has always remained strong in Park Court and now that the first few deals have started to legally complete all others are quickly following suit.  The park has become the new home for fourteen new companies including in addition to the above Fidler & Pepper Solicitors for document storage, Sureprint and Ezydoct Limited to mention only a few.”
