PENTAGON ISLAND IS FITTING OUT FOR EUROPCAR

Acting on behalf of LCP Properties, FHP is delighted to announce the refurbishment works have now been completed at A1 Cranmer Road, West Meadows Industrial Estate. On completion on the works the unit was handed over to Europcar who are themselves commencing their own bespoke fit out in order to occupy.

Europcar a leading international automotive rental company have taken the end terrace unit fronting Pentagon Island which also benefits from a large storage yard. The unit which provides a floor area of 459.12m² (4,942ft²) has been taken a new 10 year straight lease.

Europcar who are currently located on Beckett Street, Derby have taken this new larger facility to cater for their expansion plans in Derby. The new home will provide them with a show room, customer services, storage and wash down facility. Their fit out works are due to be completed within the next couple of months.
