RELOCATION AIDS FHP’S EXPANSION IN DERBY

Following 12 years at Pride Park and with a need to accommodate more surveyors in the Derby office, FHP Property Consultants have relocated to Cardinal Square, leasing a ground floor suite overlooking the courtyard garden.

Cardinal Square is a landmark building in Derby, instantly recognisable as the blue office complex overlooking the A52/inner ring road interchange, easily accessible from the Pentagon Island and ring road, yet within a short walk of the City centre facilities.

“We became involved in the marketing side of Cardinal Square about a year ago and instantly recognised the potential. Thousands of people drive past it every day without giving a thought to what’s inside.
