FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce the recent letting of Unit 12 Viking Business Centre to Beswick Refrigeration Services.

Viking Business Centre is a popular multi let industrial estate, located off the A511 High Street, Woodville, approximately six miles south east of Burton on Trent.

Unit 12 comprises a mid-terraced industrial/warehouse unit and extends to approximately 1,330ft².

“We received good interest once this was placed on the market, which led to the unit going under offer within a couple of weeks.
