Both Shoosmiths Solicitors and Ultralase Limited are now in occupation at McAleer & Rushe’s flagship 74,000ft² office development, Waterfront House, Waterfront Plaza, Nottingham.

The building is now open for trading, with Shoosmiths occupying some 30,000ft² over 4 floors and Ultralase opening their prestigious eye laser clinic on the ground floor of the scheme.

FHP continue to market the site, which provides the only immediately available, Grade A office space within the Nottingham City Centre.
