Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of Simon May & Company Limited have successfully agreed a surrender of their lease from Visual Packaging (Plastics) Limited having found new suitable Tenants in Thyssen Krupp Elevator UK Limited and agreeing appropriate terms such that the Landlord has taken them on as a Tenant direct and surrendered Fisher Hargreaves Proctor’s clients Lease.

Michael Donaghy of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor who acted on behalf of Simon May & Company Limited was pleased to agree the terms with all parties which has meant that Thyssen Krupp Elevator UK Limited have secured their perfect premises in Nottingham and Simon May & Company Limited have been able to walk away from their future property liabilities. 

The property comprises a modern open plan single storey office within a larger industrial facility on Easter Park, Nottingham’s premier industrial estate. 

The office element extends to 2,394ft² and has been re-let at the passing rental of £19,000 per annum which devalues to approximately £8 per square foot per annum.
