Chris Proctor and Steve Gillott of FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce on behalf of private clients the letting of Units 1 and 2 Burma Road, Blidworth to PB Property Developments Limited.
From the date of instruction to completing the letting was inside 28 days, with FHP quickly organising the marketing, undertaking six viewings at the property, receiving three offers and selecting PB Property Developments as the preferred tenant. PB Property Developments were swift in the legal process, agreeing the lease and arranging completion.
