Wilson Bowden Developments Blenheim Park continues to be one of Nottingham’s most significant development sites.  Their 30 acre extension to the established Blenheim Industrial Estate, just off Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway, has seen numerous Nottingham based companies relocate to take advantage of the superb transport links over the last decade and an obvious theme has been established.  That of existing Nottingham occupiers taking advantage of the excellent transport links the location provides to secure bespoke built space to enable expansion and business growth.

Agents for the scheme, Tim Gilbertson and Chris Proctor at FHP and Sean Bremner and Stuart Waite at CPP have looked back on the success the scheme has had in recent years and it is clear that this trend of Blenheim Park being the home of Nottingham business continues.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP commented:

“The ‘extended Blenheim Park’ Wilson Bowden’s 30 acre extension to the existing estate, is now home to 21 businesses.  Of those 14 were previously located within a 10 mile radius of the site and whilst obviously we would be delighted to welcome inward investment into the region from elsewhere in the country, Blenheim is clearly seen as a logical step for expanding Nottingham companies seeking to grow their business and either buy or rent more space.

Its fantastic transport links, bus routes onto the estate and the fact that the site sits outside of the Nottingham’s Workplace Parking Levy, have made Blenheim Park a favourite with Nottingham businesses for many years and now that we have the final couple of plots available on Blenheim Park, where we can accommodate occupiers who need space from as little as 18,000ft² upwards, to buy or rent, I think it is likely this trend will continue.

We can offer occupiers sale or rental solutions to their property needs on a design and build basis, creating bespoke property solutions, tailor made for each occupier’s own specific requirements.”

Joint agent Sean Bremner of CPP added:

“When you look at the high calibre of occupier on Blenheim and then take a step back and see where they were based before relocating there, it is clear that Blenheim is favoured by Nottingham companies.  Our clients here have a great track record in providing quick property solutions and bespoke properties for occupiers to either buy or rent and as Tim says, hopefully with just the last three plots available we will be able to encourage more Nottingham companies to grow and make Blenheim Park their new home as well.”

Therefore, as 2020 starts to take shape if your business is in need of buying or renting new space then hopefully further additions to the park can be encouraged, reinforcing still further Blenheim Park’s image as the home of Nottingham business.

For further information on opportunities available here please contact either of the joint agents.

The build at Crown Park is well underway with practical completion set for the end of March.

Crown Park is located on Parcel Terrace, an established industrial, trade counter and distribution location in Derby. The Park comprises six industrial/trade counter units, two of which are under offer.  The remaining units vary in size from 5,059ft² to 7,696ft² and are available to buy or let.

Darran Severn from FHP Property Consultants comments:

“The Industrial units look great, and once finished the landscaping and access road will be laid.   The new units provide excellent open plan warehouse accommodation with a minimum eaves height of 6 meters.  In addition, Unit A which is detached, has provision to create a self-contained fenced yard.  The site is well positioned just off Uttoxeter New Road providing excellent access to the centre of Derby and the A38.

There are not many opportunities to purchase a brand new warehouse in Derby.  With two units already under offer, I don’t think it will be long until more are snapped up.  The first occupier will be revealed in the next few weeks.”

Following the latest deal on Castlewood Business Park, one of the East Midlands prime industrial and distribution centres at Junction 28 of the M1 at its intersection with the A38, which recently saw the letting of a speculatively built 72,000ft² warehouse, owners and developers of this scheme CWC Group have announced intentions to keep speculatively building on site in 2020.

The next phase of development on this scheme will see three units speculatively constructed offering self contained warehouse/industrial units of 11,625ft², 24,304ft² and 31,396ft².

These buildings will be ready for occupation by the end of this year.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP, who is agent for the scheme along with Savills commented:

“What a great start to 2020 this promises to be!

The area around Junction 28 of the M1 has been a hotspot in recent times not only for larger scale distribution and manufacturing units but also for the growth of smaller family owned business who have been frustrated over recent years with the lack of opportunities locally.  Many of these companies have highly valued workforces which they need to retain and cannot therefore look to other areas where stock may be available and therefore we have seen substantial demand for speculative built units which can hopefully fill this void in the local market.

With three units being built this should be something for any expanding manufacturing or distribution company looking to purchase or rent space.

Indeed, we are already close to agreeing the first deal so hopefully potentially interested buyers or tenants will contact us as soon as possible.  They could be in their new business home before the end of the year – what a great incentive!”

Development Director at CWC Group, James Richards commented:

“It has always been a great pleasure of mine that Castlewood has proved to be home to smaller companies as well as those occupying ‘mega sheds’.  Yes our biggest occupier does operate from over 500,000ft² of space but equally we have sold buildings from as little as 20,000ft² upwards on site and we know that there is demand in this smaller end of the market.

The three units to be built which we are collectively calling ‘Castlewood Court’ should hopefully fill a gap in the market place and be well received, particularly now we seem to have some sort of political stability, hopefully enabling businesses and individuals to concentrate on the here and now rather than worry about what is happening in the wider political world.

Our agents would be delighted to discuss this scheme with any potential buyers or tenants and of course we still have the ability to create bespoke space on site on some the remaining plots from as little as 20,000ft² up to well over 200,000ft².”

Tim Gilbertson concluded by adding:

“This is a great start to the year at Castlewood and hopefully as James mentions, these units will go well but we still do have the ability to create bespoke space for occupiers to buy or rent as there is still plenty of land here for us to service the local market for years to come.”

For further information on Castlewood Court or indeed other opportunities on the park please contact the agents.

Since the start of the New Year there has been a definite uplift in the number of property enquiries received, with businesses now looking across the region to expand and relocate.  Therefore there is a squeeze on supply yet again in the industrial and warehouse market so hopefully the arrival of a new opportunity to the market at Junction 27 of the M1 at Sherwood Park should be well received.

To be marketed by Chris Proctor and Tim Gilbertson of FHP Unit C1, Willow Drive is to be refurbished throughout to offer good quality warehouse or production space with extensive on-site parking and additional good sized rear yard.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“2020 has seen a positive start in terms of new enquiries and activity in the market place leading to further pressure on the lack of available space.  Hopefully therefore this building on Sherwood Park that we are bringing to the market of just over 15,000ft² might appeal to any number of companies currently frustrated in their attempts to find new space to operate warehouse or industrial businesses and this really is a great option which hopefully might appeal.

To be refurbished by our clients, the building sits within moments of Junction 27 of the M1 and a new lease is available.  Lots of car parking to the front, good sized rear yard and a simple building with office and ancillary plus large open span warehouse or production space.

It might even be possible at this early stage for possible occupiers to specify some of the refurbishment works themselves, even down to colour of carpets if done quickly!”

For further information or to discuss or arrange a viewing please contact Chris Proctor or Tim Gilbertson on 0115 9507577 or chris@fhp.co.uk / tim@fhp.co.uk.

I am delighted to bring to the market several different sized industrial units at the former Belvoir Fruit Farm within walking distance of Belvoir Castle.  Due to the variety of units currently available we can offer many different size options to fulfil lots of requirements on flexible lease terms and competitive rents.

The units benefit from close proximity to the A52 and A46 dual carriageways and also the A1 trunk road providing good access to Nottingham, Leicester, Lincoln and Grantham.

Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP comments:-

“I am delighted to have been instructed to work on this established industrial estate and to bring forward more instructions within this region.  The units all provide something different with many size options, which will fulfil various requirements.  We can also offer these units on very flexible terms which shows our ability to work with local growing businesses.”

On behalf of retained clients, Brackley Property Developments Limited, FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce that all four trade counter units at Charnwood Trade Park, Loughborough have been sold upon practical completion of the scheme.

The scheme comprised of four units, two of 2,000ft2 and two of 2,500ft2 totalling 9,000ft2 speculatively developed by Brackley Property Developments.  Prior to practical completion all four units were under offer and have since now completed sales to A&A Electrical Services Limited (Unit 1), Private Investors (Unit 2) and Hoyes Roofing (Units 3 and 4).

Stephen Pedrick-Moyle, Managing Director of Brackley Property Developments commented:

“We were pleased to have been working with FHP in delivering this successful project delivering units for the owner occupier market in a strong location near the train station.  The under supply of well designed units in the area meant that all units were under offer within a short period of starting construction on site.”

Chris Proctor at FHP Property Consultants who brokered the deals commented:

“Brackley Property Developments have delivered four excellent trade/warehouse units that have been rightfully well received by the local market with all units under offer well in advance of practical completion.  Occupiers of this size are often in the position to purchase their own unit, but the availability of good quality stock has not always been there so it is of no surprise this scheme has been a complete success story.  I hope to be delivering a similar style scheme just off J26 M1 in Nottingham with Brackley Property Developments in 2020 and would be delighted to hear from occupiers who are looking for their next property across the East Midlands.”

Sarah Gunton, Legal Director at Shakespeare Martineau acted for Brackley Property Developments on all three sales.

Development Director at CWC Group, James Richards, is delighted to announce the intention to commence work in 2020 on the speculative construction of a range of smaller warehouse and industrial units at Stoney Stanton, approximately 6 miles from Hinckley and within minutes of the A5 and M69.

To be marketed by Tim Gilbertson and Chris Proctor of FHP and Mike Allwood and Geoff Gibson of Andrew & Ashwell, it is anticipated that once detailed planning consent is obtained that work on site will commence early in Summer 2020 with practical completion of the scheme due in the first quarter of 2021.

A range of units from as little as 2,300ft² up to approximately 20,000ft² will be built out, all available to purchase or rent.

Sitting on the edge of Stoney Stanton, just off Huncote Road, the development will provide much needed space for local and regional occupiers to expand into and offer a rare chance for them to purchase or rent their own building.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP commented:

“The M69 Corridor, Hinckley and surrounding areas and indeed South Leicester have been crying out for new development for some time.

Whilst much of the stock built around Hinckley in recent years has been targeted at major distribution companies, this scheme is ideal for expanding local occupiers as we can offer a range of buildings from as little as 2,300ft² upwards.

The key benefit as well is that all will be available to buy or rent.

We know where we have seen clients create similar schemes in Leicestershire how strong demand is and we so reason why Stoney Stanton Business Park should not be a great success.”

Mike Allwood of Andrew and Ashwell added:

“Marketing will start properly over the coming months but we are keen to invite early interest from any party looking to purchase or rent space.

We see interest coming from companies already based in the area but also those business owners who perhaps live to the south or west of Leicester who want to take advantage of this great location without the daily grind of commuting in along the M69 and M1.”

Development Director, James Richards at CWC Group concluded by adding:

“We are very confident that this location will go well having developed any number of similar sized schemes throughout the East Midlands over many years.

Unlike many developers we are more than happy to sell as well as lease space and we are very hopeful of agreeing any number of deals before we even put the first spade in the ground.

Hopefully this will be of great benefit to the local economy as we know that businesses have been starved of opportunities to buy and rent warehouse and production space in the region for many years.”

For further information on the scheme or to express an interest or agree to terms to buy or rent space please contact the agents.

Leading property consultants Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP) have been appointed alongside FHP to promote the final three plots at the well-established Blenheim Park in Nottingham, on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments.

Situated north west of Nottingham City Centre the scheme provides direct links to Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway, approximately 2 miles away and is circa 4.5 miles north west of Nottingham City Centre.  Occupiers on the estate include Culina, DHL, Muller, Renault Trucks, The Health Store, Bunzl, Morrells, and DPD.

Wilson Bowden’s Blenheim Park is a 30 acre industrial development which extends the existing 60 acre Blenheim Industrial Estate in north west Nottingham.

In Spring 2018, Wilson Bowden completed construction of a new £12m purpose-built distribution centre on Blenheim Park.  The unit is a 60,000 sq ft state of the art warehouse and office facility for DPD.  Now that it is fully operational, it has seen the creation of up to 100 new jobs.

The final three plots total 7.7 acres, upon which units from 18,000-70,000 sq ft can be delivered on a Design and Build basis, enabling buildings to be tailored to suit specific end user requirements.

Sean Bremner, Partner at CPP commented:

“We are delighted to have been appointed to promote the final three design and build plots upon Blenheim Park.  The estate has proved a popular choice for Nottingham occupiers seeking new premises with the added cost incentive of a position outside the Nottingham Workplace Parking Levy.  We look forward to reporting further success.”

Tim Gilbertson at FHP commented:

“It’s is good to have CPP on board to work with us on this scheme which we have been involved with since its inception.

Over the years any number of existing Nottingham companies and indeed those from further afield have relocated to Blenheim to take advantage of its terrific transport links and, as Sean mentions, a position outside of the workplace parking levy.

I am sure between us we can encourage further interest and drum up more deals shortly.”

Henry Henson at Wilson Bowden commented:

“We welcome CPP on board and look forward to working with them in completing the development.”

The former Lincolnshire Co-op Food Distribution Centre on Pioneer Way in Lincoln was closed in 2018 before being purchased by Boulder Developments.  Since then, the site has become home to several growing businesses with Polish food wholesaler Spiżarnia being the latest company to relocate to the five-acre site.

Spiżarnia is the leading distributor of Polish products to the British Isles suppling over 10,000 different food products across the country. Spiżarnia also have warehouses in London, Manchester and Ireland distributing products across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Director of Boulder Developments Will Bown said:

“We’re really pleased that Spiżarnia has joined us at Boulder Business Park. It seems particularly fitting that they’ve chosen to relocate here, as food distribution is a big part of the site’s history. The former food distribution centre was a huge, vacant site when we purchased it, but we’re transforming it into a real hub for growing businesses which is bringing new life to this part of the city. We’re making good use of every part of the five-acre site which is helping all of the businesses here to grow, create jobs and support the local economy.”

Director of Spiżarnia (UK) Ltd, Przemyslaw Duklas said:

FHP and Fisher German have been instructed to market the first phase of the commercial development on the former Vesuvius brickworks site on Sandy Lane, Worksop.  The location is adjacent to the A57 offering easy access to the A1 and M1 motorways.

FHP and Fisher German will be marketing 385,000ft² of commercial space offering industrial units from 1,200ft² up to 300,000ft².

Planning has been submitted, with consent expected in December 2019 and practical completion of Phase 1 targeted for September 2020. Phase 1 consists of industrial units, trade counters and roadside retail.  Design and build options are also available on a leasehold basis from 15,000ft² to 300,000ft².

FHP Property Consultants comments: –

“We are delighted to start progressing this scheme as agents for CEG in conjunction with Fisher German, as Worksop has been starved of new opportunities for many years.  It is a strong market, always performs well and CEG should be applauded for speculatively developing a range of units on this site.”

“The market here is strong, a robust indigenous business community which continues to grow and seek space to expand into, even in what remains confusing times.  Underlying in the commercial property market there remains a lack of space and good demand, therefore we are confident that this scheme will be very well received so we can quickly pick up occupiers for both the speculative stock and design and build offerings.”

Construction is progressing well at the new Crown Park Industrial Estate on the western side of Derby City Centre.

The scheme is being developed by CWC Group and agents FHP Property Consultants are offering the buildings either for sale or to let.

Two units are already under offer, one to a national trade counter operator, and there is a good level of interest in the remaining units.

Sizes available are from 4,426 ft² to 17,814 ft² finished to an excellent standard within a secured managed estate.

Unit A is the smallest one available is a detached unit of 4,426 ft² which has its own private yard to the front.  The remaining units are between 5,059 and 7,696 ft² available individually or in combination, potentially to provide up to 17,814 ft² in one building.

Tim Richardson from FHP Property Consultants comments:

“The units are due for completion at the end of February 2020 and will provide a really good high quality environment in a convenient location off the ring road.  The buildings are available either to lease or to buy and we shall be pleased to provide any further details or plans to interested parties.   It is difficult to find commercial premises to buy in and around Derby and therefore this offers a unique opportunity to acquire your own premises.  Many company owners buy such premises via their pension scheme which provides an efficient way of funding a purchase whilst investing for their retirement.”

Loughborough has always been one of the strongest regions in terms of demand to purchase warehouse or industrial space and it is anticipated that a new opportunity brought to the market on Belton Road in the town will be well received and interest will be quickly generated.

They commented:

“We often receive requests for opportunities in Loughborough from parties frustrated by the lack of space available in the town.  Therefore, we expect good interest to be received in this building and we can hopefully find a purchaser quickly.

The building offers a good mix of storage space interlinking with office and ancillary totalling just over 30,000ft².

Our clients have expanded and are due to relocate to new premises by the end of February next year so effectively the building is immediately available for any party looking to take opportunity of this rare chance to purchase.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“After what has been a busy year so far in terms of deals and construction on site, we are delighted with these two completions.

This leaves us just one further plot where we can accommodate units from 20,000ft² up to 120,000ft² and where we are close to agreeing terms to another expanding local occupier.

However, we still have options available and both myself and our joint agents would be delighted to speak with any interested parties.”

The 66,000ft² unit has been sold to local occupier Selective Marketplace.  Operations Director Hannah Dashper commented:

“Our new warehouse at Crosslink has been designed to our detailed specification.  It will enable us to consolidate all of our stock into one location which will lead to dramatic improvements in our operating efficiencies and give us much needed room for further growth. The extra office space will facilitate our new in-house call centre from which we aim to serve all our key markets around the clock.  The process of acquiring and developing the land through Rotherhill has been straightforward with us taking possession of the build only 8 months after agreeing the deal.”

Loughborough has been one of the strongest East Midlands regions in terms of demand for industrial and storage space over the last few years.  A strong business location with excellent road links, Loughborough has been starved of good quality space over the last few years and that which comes available tends to let quickly.

FHP are delighted therefore to bring to the market two units for immediate occupation either individually or combined on Falcon Business Park, off Meadow Lane in Loughborough, one of the town’s best destinations.

Chris Proctor and Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants commented:-

“It is great to have these two new units on the market in Loughborough, they are currently configured to provide separate occupation but by partial removal of a division wall the two can be combined into a single unit of over 35,000ft².

Independently though, we have two units on offer of just over 15,600ft² and 19,700² respectively and both offer very well presented simple storage or production space.

Both units are set on a shared secure site and benefit from easy access and extensive parking, particularly for Unit 2 which has a very large car park to the rear. Hopefully the units should let quickly given the lack of space in the area and continuing demand we continue to encounter for this location”.

FHP Property Consultants are pleased to bring to the market substantial warehouse/production space with expansion land all set on a securely fenced and gated site on Glaisdale Industrial Estate.

Immediately available to buy or rent on a new lease, the building offers a good mix of two storey offices interlinking with warehouse and production space beyond.

One of the key benefits with this building is the large site upon which it sits which extends to just over 1.76 acres providing scope for extension of the building/increased yard space (all subject to planning) in a prominent position on one of the City’s favoured estates.  Glaisdale Industrial Estate provides quick links to both Nottingham City Centre, Nottingham’s Ring Road and the A610 leading to Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway.

To be marketed by Tim Gilbertson and Chris Proctor, they commented:

“It is good to have another building available on Glaisdale Drive as it is always a location that trades well, particularly as our clients are happy to sell or rent this opportunity.

This is a good modern warehouse/production unit with offices but perhaps the key advantage here is the ability to extend the building over time or increase the yard space and add in additional loading doors etc, all subject to planning of course.  The building sits on a large site of just over 1.76 acres.

I hope that any interested parties come forward and we would be delighted to show them around the building or discuss in detail.”

Castlewood Business Park sits adjoining Junction 28 of the M1 Motorway at its intersection with the A38 and provides one of the finest locations for manufacturing and distribution occupiers in the Midlands.  The latest deal completed at Castlewood Business Park sees a speculatively constructed unit of just over 72,000ft² let on a new long term lease taking space now built on site and occupied to just under 2 million sq ft. An outstanding figure which has also seen the park provide jobs for over 2,000 already.

Agent for the scheme Tim Gilbertson of FHP commented:

“Over the last few years Castlewood has cemented its reputation as one of the Midlands foremost industrial and distribution locations as a result of its fantastic position adjoining Junction 28 of the M1 at its intersection with the A38 the added factors which we can offer her at Castlewood that help us to achieve success.  Good levels of availability of labour, a willing and able workforce and a developer in the form of James Richards, Development Director at CWC Group, who grasps every opportunity, helps us to push the site forward and all of these factors enhance its attractiveness to every potential occupier.

Recent deals concluded saw further amenity brought to the site in the form of Costa Coffee, Spar Supermarket, Greggs and petrol filing station and all of these facilities have aided our attempts to secure new occupiers for the site adding additional attraction to the excellent location we have on offer.

Castlewood’s strengths have enabled our clients to take the sensible and admirable step of speculatively constructing a building of just over 70,000ft² and it is a delight to be able to say that we have completed a letting on that building bringing the total floor area now built and occupied on the park to just under 2 million sq ft.

It is hard to think of any competing site in the East Midlands or indeed further afield that has had such success in recent years and with over 30 acres of land left we anticipate further success in the near future.

Indeed we already have another design and build deal under offer and plans to speculatively develop more space on the park in the near future too.”

Development Director at CWC Group, James Richards, who has dealt with the site since its inception added:

“Castlewood has been the jewel in the crown for CWC in recent years.  The fact that we have concluded another deal which takes us to nearly 2 million sq ft built and occupied is great to see, not only for ourselves but it is also a real boost to the local and regional economy.

As Tim suggests, we have any number of elements in our favour here and we have tried to be as proactive as possible, listen to potential occupiers needs, try to accommodate them wherever possible and also add value to their occupation and indeed the site as a whole by increasing the amenity offering for the benefit of one and all.

Not only do we continue to secure design and build deals, we currently have one in legals for the provision of a new facility for another local occupier, but we also intend to continue to speculatively develop space, available to buy or rent in order to provide much needed opportunities for local companies.

Our agents keep bringing us the deals and I was delighted to see Castlewood recognised as one of the best locations in the region.  We will continue to do all we can to ensure that this remains the case and encourage further occupiers to the site.”

Glaisdale Drive Industrial Estate in Bilborough has always been a popular destination for Nottingham based production and distribution occupiers given its ease of access by public transport and its proximity to Nottingham’s Ring Road and the A610 leading to Junction 26 of the Motorway plus quick access via the A52 to Junction 25 as well.

Therefore the latest property available on the estate through Tim Gilbertson and Chris Proctor of FHP should be well received particularly as it is available to buy or rent.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“This is a good quality building, fully fitted and ready for immediate occupation.  Our client is quite happy to sell or rent the space and with the prominence it has to Glaisdale Drive it really sits on one of the best sites on the estate which has always been well received given its excellent transport links.

With the estate benefiting from quick access to the centre of Nottingham as well as the A610 and the Motorway network, this building should go quickly particularly as our client is just as happy to sell or rent the space therefore opening up every possible opportunity with the building.

Location, Location, Location . . . . so the old phrase goes and Nottingham’s Ring Road for office and industrial and distribution occupiers tends to be considered the best stop in the County.  Therefore, hopefully two new instructions on Nottingham’s Ring Road being marketed by Tim Gilbertson and Chris Proctor of FHP might appeal to any expending local occupier.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“Highly visible, very accessible and providing terrific road links to Nottingham, its Ring Road and Junctions 24, 25 and 26 of the M1, Abbeyfield Road is a great location and it is terrific that we have two new instructions to offer here.

Firstly a warehouse of just under 40,000ft² which is currently being refurbished with its own yard and offers high bay storage space possibly also suitable for production, available on a new lease following refurbishment which is due to complete in the coming weeks.

On the same site and available independently or in conjunction with the warehouse space, we have a really good quality two storey office again very prominent with its own car park and presented in good condition throughout.

Both buildings are available independently of each other or can be combined under a single lease with the office extending to approximately 3,483ft².

Not only is this location great for car access, but it also has good public transport links and obviously affords terrific prominence and visibility for any company seeking to take space in one of the best spots in the City.”

For details of these opportunities or to discuss or view please contact Tim Gilbertson or Chris Proctor at FHP on 0115 9507577 or tim@fhp.co.uk / chris@fhp.co.uk.

With stock shortages still prevalent in the Nottingham industrial and warehouse market, it is with pleasure that Tim Gilbertson and Chris Proctor of FHP are bringing to the market a good quality unit on Glaisdale Drive Industrial Estate in Nottingham.

Offering clear span production or storage space, augmented by two storey offices all set on a large site with securely fenced and gated yard, Unit 2, Glaisdale Point represents one of the best buildings in the City.

The current occupiers are due to relocate in early 2020 and therefore early interest is sought with a view to making the building available from their relocation early next year.

Tim Gilbertson commented:

“We have let units on Glaisdale Drive many times over in recent years, it always trades well as it is such a good location and this building should hopefully see interested generated quickly as well.

It has the distinct advantage of a good sized yard which is securely fenced and gated which is always a terrific benefit.

Readily accessible by public transport as well as with good road links, the building is just over 15,000ft² and we are able to conduct viewings now and try and agree terms with our next occupier ready for them to move in once the current tenants vacant early in 2020.”
