OVERVIEW

Hinckley is located approximately midway between Leicester and Coventry, with over 500,000 people living within a 15-minute drive time. The town lies 15 miles southwest of Leicester and 25 miles northeast of Birmingham, offering quick and easy access to the national motorway network via the A5, which links to the M69, M6, and M1.

The Crescent provides Hinckley’s town centre with a major retail, leisure, and supermarket destination. Spanning over 165,000 ft², it is anchored by a 105,000 ft² Sainsbury’s and complemented by approximately 546 car parking spaces.

The scheme is home to a diverse mix of multinational and regional occupiers, including Cineworld, Superdrug, TK Maxx, Poundland, Costa, Wildwood, Loungers, Snap Fitness, Prezzo, Shoe Zone, and Coffee#1.
