Flexopack Limited who are currently based on Victoria Business Park have successfully completed on 4 & 4a Pintail Close taking a further 753m² (8,103ft²) of industrial space for their storage requirement.  Flexopack Limited are leading manufacturers of high-performance flexible packaging with sites across the UK.

The specification of the warehouse consisted of a steel portal frame construction with 5.5m eaves and large yard to the front. The units are located behind the Victoria Retail Park in Netherfield, offering quick access to the centre of Nottingham via the Colwick Loop Road (A612).
