The former Lincolnshire Co-op Food Distribution Centre on Pioneer Way in Lincoln was closed in 2018 before being purchased by Boulder Developments.  Since then, the site has become home to several growing businesses with Polish food wholesaler Spiżarnia being the latest company to relocate to the five-acre site.

Spiżarnia is the leading distributor of Polish products to the British Isles suppling over 10,000 different food products across the country. Spiżarnia also have warehouses in London, Manchester and Ireland distributing products across the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Director of Boulder Developments Will Bown said:
