Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP has completed on the office letting for the entire second floor of the i2 Centre, Oakham Business Park, Mansfield which comprised five suites and totalled 10,243ft² (951m²).

This was not a straightforward transaction with tenants vacating, dilapidations, landlord works and a phased move in by the new tenant.

The property comprises high quality refurbished Grade A office suites which are located in close proximity to Mansfield town centre and the A38.  Each office suite has been refurbished to a high standard and there are excellent levels of on-site car parking with a fully manned reception/concierge, heating and air condition throughout alongside passenger lifts in this modern multi occupied building.   The building has several floors with a range of open plan office suites which benefit from excellent specifications to include LED lighting, raised access floors, thermostat controlled air conditioning, high speed internet and high specification WC and welfare facilities.

2023 was a particularly successful year for Anthony Barrowcliffe and FHP Property Consultants within the Newark industrial market having undertaken three transactions specifically on Brunel Drive:

  • Former Vodafone Building, Brunel Drive – Prominently located industrial unit with mezzanine floor, office facilities and substantial yard. The unit measured 27,500ft² on a 2.65 acre site and it was sold to a local owner occupier.

FHP are pleased to announce the sale of both the former Nottingham Powder Coating Premises and the Former Dredging Tip Site both located on Private Road No.4, Colwick, Nottingham.

The Former Nottingham Powder Coating Premises totals 14,794ft² and was situated on a 0.88 acre plot.  The site was sold to Grover Brothers (UK) Limited whose plans are to redevelop the property to create a multi let estate/asset.

The Former Dredging Tip Site which sold off market and totals 2.23 acres, was located at the end of Private Road No.4 and was purchased by Bio Dynamic UK Limited, an existing occupier of Private Road No.4 with ambitious future growth plans.
