With a strong background in the industrial and office sectors across the West Midlands, I’ve also gained valuable experience in retail, land, and development projects. Over the years, I’ve advised a wide range of clients on both disposals and lettings, including well-known organisations such as UPS, Mileway, London & Cambridge Properties, Coventry City Council, Frasers Group, IM Properties, Complex Development Projects, and the National Trust. Prior to my current role, I worked in both Agency and Property Management at Bromwich Hardy, where I developed a well-rounded understanding of the property lifecycle and the needs of both landlords and occupiers. Originally from Melbourne, Australia, I relocated to the UK in 2020 and have since built a strong network and deep local knowledge of the West Midlands commercial property market.

I focus on advising clients across the West Midlands, primarily within the industrial, office and land sectors. Day to day, that means helping businesses and investors make the right property decisions, whether that’s securing the right space, navigating lease terms or identifying opportunities in what can be a fast-moving market. I also work closely with a range of occupiers on acquisitions, including Howdens, Loungers, medical operators and 3PL businesses.

I take a practical, client-first approach to everything I do. With a strong understanding of the regional market, my aim is always to give clear, straightforward advice that helps clients make confident decisions and achieve the right long-term outcome.

 

I’m a big Aston Villa fan and enjoy the ups and downs that come with following them each season. Outside of football, most of my time is spent with my family. My wife and I make the most of our weekends with our two kids.  We also enjoy getting away when we can, whether that’s a countryside drive, a coastal trip or exploring a new city. It’s usually less about the destination and more about spending time together and making the most of it.
