Profile

I joined FHP during the summer in 2022 whilst completing my MSc in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University. Prior to this I previously graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in History.

I work predominately in FHP’s Derby Office dealing with the sale and lettings of all forms of commercial property from office, industrial and retail and I cover most of Derbyshire and assist on instructions across the whole of the East Midlands.

Current Role

  • Letting agents on multi-let industrial estates within Derbyshire including The Ropewalk Industrial Estate, Drakelow Business Park, Amber Business Centre and Prime Industrial Park.
  • Letting agents on multi-let office buildings in Derby including Cardinal Square and Pentagon Island
  • Letting agents on retail Derby high street properties including properties on St Peters Street and the Cathedral Quarter
  • I occasionally assist on professional work also helping out on valuation reports and rent reviews

 

Interests

I love to travel and will often scan Ryanair for the cheapest weekend breaks in Europe and fly there the next day, although I’m sure I will have to book in advance now I’m working full time!  I’m also massive on my sports; I am a long-time suffering season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest but now there is no suffering anymore (I hope).  I also tend to two horses every morning before work which gets me up nice and early!
