Profile

I joined FHP during the summer in 2022 whilst completing my Masters Degree in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University where I gained a Distinction, having previously graduated from the University of Nottingham with a 2:1 in History. I work in FHP’s Derby office, predominately dealing with the sale and lettings of all forms of commercial property including office, industrial, retail and land. I cover Derbyshire and the surrounding areas including Derby, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Alfreton, Ashbourne and Burton. I also assist on landlord and tenant matters covering lease renewals and rent reviews alongside aiding the professional team on valuation work.

Current Role

Notable schemes I work on include:

  • Provide leasing and sales advice throughout the Midlands including industrial estates, office buildings and retail parades
  • Lease renewals & rent review throughout the region ranging from offices in Derby city centre to industrial units in Stoke on Trent
  • Letting agents on multi-let industrial estates within Derbyshire including West Hallam Industrial Estate which covers a 118 acre site comprising 106 buildings totalling 128 million sq. ft.
  • Letting agents on new build industrial schemes including Stoney Stanton Business Park
  • Letting agents on multi-let office buildings in Derby including Cardinal Square and RTC Business Park
  • Letting agents on Derby high street retail properties including properties on St Peters Street and the Cathedral Quarter

Interests

I love to travel, I have visited 41 countries so far with a goal to reach 100 and see the Seven Wonders of the World of which I have ticked off 4 so far. My favourite places I have visited include Rio de Janeiro, India and China.

I also love attending as many live events as possible from concerts to festivals, I have most recently seen Post Malone, Beyonce and Coldplay and have been to Wireless Festival and Download Festival.

I am a proud season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest where I get to enjoy Premier League football every week.
