Kirsty Brydges

I thrive on the varied and challenging workload that comes with my role here in the accounts team to ensure all finances are kept firmly in check for our ever expanding portfolio of managed properties. There is never a dull day here — my desk certainly reflects that! My background has always been in accounts, having ran a purchase ledger department for a company in West Sussex for over 12 years and I most recently worked in accounts at Henry Davidson Developments. I started at FHP back in 2010 and have been here ever since, having made the move 'up North' in 2006 from my home in West Sussex.

• Processing and the payment of supplier invoices
• Dealing with any supplier enquiries
• Credit control for both our Commercial Units & Residential Blocks
• Dealing direct with tenants to help solve any issues regarding their accounts

Having taken on a bit of a project with our house, I am often found in the garden or in the house with a paint brush in my hand. Aside from that, I believe that all good walks should end up in a country pub, so I do end up doing the former for the joy of the latter, which is especially great in Cornwall where we tend to spend a lot of our time taking in the coastal scenery and sunshine .

Have spent many years ferrying kids about here there and everywhere, I can now enjoy the freedom to partake in all of the above, although Sunday mornings are still spent standing on the side lines watching my youngest play football: appealing in the sunshine but not so great in the cold and wet weather!
