Lex Grace

A graduate from Nottingham Trent University, I have recently joined FHP’s Nottingham office and am part of the Retail and Leisure team. I am enthusiastic about developing my knowledge of the commercial property sector and building strong relationships within the industry as I begin my career.

I am a member of the Retail and Leisure team at FHP, where I support the provision of leasing and sales advice across the Midlands. This includes working on a variety of property types such as city centre units, suburban locations, neighbourhood parades and roadside schemes. I am also involved in agency work on shopping centres throughout the East Midlands, gaining valuable experience across a diverse range of retail and leisure assets. I am keen to continue developing my expertise and contribute to successful outcomes for our clients.

Outside of work I enjoy a wide range of sports including football, tennis, golf and padel, as well as skiing when I get the chance. I also enjoy socialising with friends and making the most of my free time.
