Experienced Retail and Leisure Agency Surveyor with a useful background in residential, development and investment – winner of back-to-back Estates Gazette Dealmaker Awards as the most active retail agent in the UK in both 2022 and 2023.   I have been with FHP for 14 years and am part of the Retail and Leisure Agency team advising on leasing, sale, asset management and acquisitions. I cover a wide spectrum of property including High Street, Retail Parks, Leisure Schemes, Shopping Centres, Neighbourhood Parades and Out of Town.   I pride myself on my pro-active, honest approach and determination to get deals over the line, delivering the best results for my clients.  I work for a range of clients from corporate funds through to private individuals, some of which include Tesco, DTZ Investors, Blackrock, LCP/MCore, Evolve Estates, Threadneedle, Nottingham City Council and ALB Group.

Providing advice on leasing, sale and acquisition of property with a focus on the Retail and Leisure sector. I focus on High Street property as well as a number of regional shopping centre schemes.

I’m an experienced acquisition agent and work with a number of operators acquiring property regionally and nationally including; DJI / Hasselblad, Mobile Lab, PDSA, Doughnotts, The Pub People, Gloryholes Golf, Eyebrow Gallery and The Pudding Pantry.

With 2 young children when time allows I can often be found either spectating or playing some form of sport. Cricket, football, golf and darts are the main interests, with cricket and golf being the two I still attempt to play… As an avid Newcastle United fan I do what I can to get to St James Park over the course of the season. Away from sport I’m a keen cook and it only takes the sun to make the slightest appearance and I’ll have the BBQ or pizza oven out!
