Sharon Cooper

I have had an extensive career as a PA working in various business disciplines predominantly within the construction industry and as a legal PA. My FHP life started 7 years ago as PA to the residential and commercial property management teams.  I thoroughly enjoy my role which has an element of surprise nearly every day.  More recently, my role has expanded and now includes the position of Facilities Manager in addition to my PA duties. This has given me the opportunity to develop and enhance my skillset.

• Providing PA support to the property management director and team of property managers
• Management of the dedicated FM Helpdesk
• Responding to tenant reactive maintenance requests
• Liaising with contractors
• Issuing monthly PPM work orders to contractors
• Ensuring all compliance records are up to date.

Cooking is a passion of mine and I enjoy entertaining family and friends with new creations. I also enjoy dining out and discovering new restaurants. I am a keen gardener – although novice, I have discovered that I have green fingers!

Travelling is also a passion of mine with my most favourite visited destinations being New York, Lake Como and the Greek Islands.

I enjoy following football, and I am an avid Arsenal supporter. However, not wanting to cause outrage amongst my colleagues, Nottingham Forest is my second favourite team!
