Simon Marlow

Having worked as a Property Management Surveyor for over five years and previously Head of Service at Nottingham’s largest repairs and maintenance provider, I have a strong background in managing operational teams and services with a strong focus on customer care. My role at FHP involves the management of various types of properties including industrial, retail and multi-let office buildings such as Waterfront House, Station Street, Nottingham. My day-to-day role includes client and tenant liaison, preparation and management of service charge budgets, credit control and advice on lease renewals.

My role is varied and covers all aspects of commercial property management. This includes the setting of service charge budgets and maintenance/services procurement to ensure buildings of multiple occupancy are running effectively as well as being health and safety compliant.

I carry out regular property inspections ensuring lease obligations are met and aim to resolve any disputes which may arise between tenants and clients.

I’m currently Player-Manager of Keyworth United Veterans Football Team (Over 40’s), though it’s definitely more of a management emphasis rather than playing these days,  I have a keen interest in most other sports and have played football in the local Nottinghamshire leagues for the last 40 years. The rest of my spare time is spent enjoying life with my wife and our two Hungarian Vizsla rescue dogs.
