The FHP Retail Team for the 5th successive year won the "Most Active Retail Agent in the East Midlands" award with almost double the number of deals done in 2012 to the runner-up.

The FHP Retail Team are retained agents for Intu on the Victoria Centre and the Broadmarsh Centre in Nottingham.  We are also instructed by the owners of the 2 smaller shopping centres - Exchange Arcade and Flying Horse Walk.

In Derby FHP are retained by Westfield to market Westfield Derby, whilst we are also joint agents on the Four Seasons Centre Mansfield and The Idlewells Centre in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

The FHP Retail Team, however, are equally strong in the high street and also on the main arterial roads, with some 20 convenience stores acquired for Tesco over the past 3 years and a new mandate to acquire up to 50 convenience stores for retained clients in 2013.

FHP are also active with the main food store operators, having acquired sites in Langley Mill, Leicester and Nottingham for ASDA, whilst a 120,000 sq ft store at Colwick in Nottingham is "Under Offer Subject to Planning" to Sainsburys and sales are agreed elsewhere in the East Midlands to the likes of Aldi and Lidl.
